Schwartz/Reisman Centre (SRC) is one of three Jewish community centres operated under the auspices of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Located in
SRC is committed to developing a vibrant community in York Region, characterized by its diversity, unity, compassion, generosity and Jewish continuity.
A world leader in community programming, SRC will find and provide the best of the Greater Toronto Area, Canada and the Jewish world, by establishing standard-setting programmatic and service models, dedicated to building community, families and individuals within the context of Jewish values.
Committed to excellence in all that it offers, SRC is quickly becoming a vibrant hub of cultural, educational, athletic, recreational and communal activity in the
SRC enables personal Jewish journeys to start and continue for a lifetime. By providing opportunities for intellectual and spiritual growth, health and fitness, SRC will serve the community as a lifelong learning and teaching centre. Open to people of all ages, SRC is a welcoming, accessible and inclusive place.
While our physical doors will not open until Spring 2011, SRC is already running a vibrant program in local community facilities, synagogues and people’s homes.
